Our refund policy contains important information about your rights and obligations.

Refund Policy

All purchases of Natsura are processed through Paddle as the Merchant of Record. This means you purchase the product from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions.

Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Period)

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of completing your transaction and receive a full refund.

However, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the digital product, you consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or transmission of the digital content has begun.

This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which exempts digital content from the right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced with the consumer's consent.

Pre-Purchase Evaluation

A free version of Natsura (Apprentice tier) is available for evaluation before purchase. We strongly recommend testing the software to ensure it meets your requirements and is compatible with your system before purchasing a paid license.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day consumer right to cancel:

  • You must contact Paddle at help@paddle.com within 14 days of your purchase
  • The request must be made before downloading or accessing the digital product
  • Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, the right to cancel is waived

Business Purchases

If you are purchasing as a business (for commercial use), standard commercial terms apply. Digital products are sold "as-is" and are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Subscriptions

For subscription-based licenses:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle at least 48 hours before the next billing period
  • Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date
  • There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • If you cancel during the initial 14-day period and have not yet downloaded the product, a full refund may be issued

Payment Processing and Delivery

Payment issues or delays may impact product delivery. We reserve up to 72 hours to resolve such issues. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement of the product or a refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.

Usage and Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with specific system configurations or third-party tools. Refunds are not provided for compatibility-related issues if the product has been downloaded. Please use the free Apprentice version to verify compatibility before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

All refund requests must be submitted to Paddle, the Merchant of Record:

  • Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
  • Clearly state your reason for the refund request
