Our refund policy explains your rights and what to expect when purchasing Natsura.

Refund Policy

All purchases of Natsura are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
When you buy Natsura, you enter into a transaction with Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to all payments and refunds.

Important: All billing, invoicing, and refund decisions are handled directly by Paddle.
Woodhead SAS and the Natsura team do not process payments or issue refunds directly.


Try Before You Buy

We offer a free Apprentice tier of Natsura that includes the essential tools and features needed to evaluate performance, workflow, and compatibility with your system.

We strongly encourage all users to download and test the Apprentice version before purchasing a paid license to ensure Natsura meets your needs.
The paid versions unlock more features and commercial rights but are based on the same underlying technology and performance.


Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Period)

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a full refund — provided you have not downloaded, installed, or accessed the software.

Once the download, installation, or activation process begins, the right to cancel is immediately and permanently waived.

By clicking “Buy,” downloading, or otherwise accessing Natsura, you:

  1. Consent to immediate delivery of the digital product, and
  2. Acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once access or download has started.

This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which exempts digital content from the standard right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with the consumer’s consent.


Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under the 14-day right to cancel:

  • You must contact Paddle at help@paddle.com within 14 days of purchase,
  • You must request the refund before downloading, installing, activating, or otherwise accessing the software, and
  • The request must comply with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Once Natsura has been downloaded, installed, or used, the product is considered delivered, and the right to cancel no longer applies.


Business Purchases

If you are purchasing Natsura for commercial or business use, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.
Digital software products are sold “as is” and are non-refundable after download or activation.

We recommend testing the free Apprentice version prior to purchase to confirm compatibility and suitability for your professional workflow.


Subscriptions

For subscription-based licenses:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle or by contacting them at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date.
  • There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription period once access has been granted.
  • If you cancel within 14 days and have not yet downloaded or accessed the software, a full refund may be issued by Paddle.

Payment Processing and Delivery

All payments are securely handled by Paddle.
Delivery occurs automatically once your payment is confirmed.
If technical issues prevent or unreasonably delay delivery, your sole remedy is replacement or a refund, at Paddle’s discretion.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all system configurations or third-party tools. Please use the free Apprentice version to verify performance before purchasing.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The liability of Woodhead SAS and the IP Owners (George Hulm and Feike Postmes) for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • Neither Woodhead nor the IP Owners shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted to Paddle, the Merchant of Record:

  • Email: help@paddle.com
  • Include: your order number and the email address used for purchase
  • Explain: your reason for requesting a refund

This Refund Policy operates under Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions and complies with relevant consumer protection laws in major jurisdictions.

Where this policy is interpreted in connection with the Natsura EULA, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Natsura End-User License Agreement shall apply (French law, arbitration in Paris).
