At Natsura, we care about your privacy and want to be clear about what we do (and don’t do) with your data.

We believe in collecting as little data as possible and being open about how we use it. This page explains what we track, what we don’t, and how you can reach us if you have questions.

What We Track

  • We use PostHog Analytics to understand how people use our website and software.
    This helps us improve Natsura, fix issues, and see which features are most useful.
  • PostHog collects information such as page visits, clicks, and general feature usage.
  • We don’t use analytics for advertising and we don’t sell this data.

Purchases & Licensing

  • Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
  • We don’t store your payment card details.
  • We keep your name and email from purchases so we can issue and manage your license.
  • When you renew a license, we store a record of that renewal event, which includes your email and order ID.

Support & Diagnostics

  • If you contact us for help, you might send logs, screenshots, or technical info.
  • We use that information only to solve the issue or improve reliability.
  • We keep support data as long as needed to provide assistance and maintain service quality.
    You can ask us to delete it anytime by emailing privacy@natsura.com.

What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal data.
  • We don’t track you across other websites.
  • We don’t store passwords or payment card information.

Your Control

  • You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • You can also ask us to delete your data.
    Note: deleting license data may prevent Natsura from activating on your devices.

Legal Stuff

  • We may share information if required by law, or if we detect unlawful or fraudulent use of Natsura or our services.
  • Some data may be processed by trusted service providers (like Paddle and PostHog) who act on our behalf and follow GDPR standards.
  • We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to keep your data secure.
